Metallix Refining is registered with the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to ensure government standards of excellence required for handling materials listed on the United States Munitions List (USML) are met. Metallix takes the responsibilities of ITAR registration seriously. The overarching goal of ITAR is to protect U.S. national security while also furthering U.S. foreign policy objectives concerning the handling of exports. Therefore, any military and defense scrap containing precious metals will not be sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, diverted or otherwise disposed of by Metallix Refining to any destination, entity or person prohibited by law in compliance with ITAR.
