Catalytic Converter Processing

Our catalytic converter recycling and refining facility was designed to have the capability to process all types and volumes of catalytic converters in the most efficient, timely and technologically advanced manner, from 4,000 pounds (canned) per lot.

With capacity to process four million pounds per year of both ceramic and foil converters, we prioritize efficiency and quick turnarounds without sacrificing material integrity.

Our decanning systems are enclosed, preventing material loss by keeping particles from dispersing. Our Metals Management system requires that materials satisfy loss related protocol at every stage in processing before moving onto the next.

Customized decanning blades process material at four times the speed of most commercial alternatives and our 6,000 pound capacity blender is another key ingredient for faster than average processing.
