LEON RATLIFF
Leon’s roots are in service to our country and our citizens. His Dad was a long serving member of the Marine Corps and Leon, after receiving his BS in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina and his Masters in Public Administration from the College of Charleston, worked in law enforcement for 15 years.
After Leon left law enforcement, he started working in the precious metal recovery industry, with a specialty in the Nitric Acid clean up and recovery sector. Leon has been in the industry for 20 years, with 10 years as a part of the Metallix team.
Outside of work, Leon has been married to his lovely wife Leslie for 32 years and they have two beautiful daughters, Erica and Sarah. The apples of his eye are his three grandsons Hunter, Connor, and Seth. Leon is a coach for their baseball teams. He also loves to travel and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

PETER FRANTZ
Pete was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at The Ohio State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude while playing varsity Lacrosse.
Upon graduation, Pete moved to the New York City and worked for several years as a Commodities Trader with a focus on precious metals, refining products, and agriculture in markets throughout the world.
On the home front, Pete loves to focus on giving back to the community. He volunteers at a local food bank to ensure quality food does not go to waste and is distributed to those in need. He also volunteers his time to coach local youth lacrosse, basketball, and soccer teams. He is a very proud dad to his three boys Eric, Beau, and Luke. He loves to take his boys to games, particularly hockey and baseball.
