Dear Suppliers, Customers and Friends,

During this time amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Metallix Refining want to first and foremost send our sincerest thoughts to all of you and your families to remain healthy and safe.

We also want to communicate our commitment to maintaining business as usual while instituting extra health and safety precautions to keep our employees healthy. Our processing facilities in Greenville and Maxton, North Carolina are fully staffed and operational. Trucks are arriving daily, and our receiving team is working with the truck drivers to ensure material is delivered while maintaining social distancing.

Also, we want you to know that Metallix has always taken a proactive approach to operating our business no matter the situation. Therefore, in February, we ceased all international travel for all employees. This mandate was quickly followed in early March to include domestic travel. We also enacted a no visitor policy at all sites, including our headquarters in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. All sites are being consistently cleaned and sanitized and anti-bacterial products are available to all employees. Shifts at our processing facilities are being staggered amongst our operations teams and some of our sales and accounting teams are working from home to control social distancing. We are continually monitoring all recommendations by the CDC and our government and will make additional changes as needed.

Because we trade globally in the precious metals market, rest assured knowing the Metallix team is monitoring all critical aspects of the supply chain including the volatile precious metals markets and logistics so we can be ready with expert knowledge and options to help you continue to bring revenue to your company by recycling and purchasing your precious metals scrap.

Our Precious Metal Experts are available through phone (800-327-7938 or 732-945-4132) and email to answer your questions, coordinate logistics, and to assist you in transporting your precious metal scrap to Metallix for processing and purchasing.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this global crisis. By working together and following guidelines and restrictions, we will get through this emergency. We will become stronger, safer, and united by our fortitude, compassion and knowledge that we are one global community.
